本协议以中英双语书写。如中英文版本存在歧义，以英文版本为准。
This Agreement is written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
1.1 本协议由 A4HOME SERVICE LTD（以下简称"平台"），依据加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省法律注册成立的公司，与注册使用平台服务的个人用户（以下简称"用户"或"客户"）共同签订。
This Agreement is entered into between A4HOME SERVICE LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the individual user who registers and uses the Platform services (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Customer").
1.2 A4HOME（爱到家）是一家在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省（BC省）注册运营的生活服务信息撮合平台。平台为家庭用户与专业生活服务商之间提供信息发布、智能匹配、在线预约、沟通协调及支付结算等技术服务。平台提供的服务类别包括但不限于：日常保洁、深度清洁、搬入搬出清洁、窗户清洁、电器清洁、家庭烹饪、月嫂/产后护理、居家陪护、维修服务、地毯清洁、泳池维护、宠物照料、家庭收纳、家具组装、排水沟清理、汽车美容、家庭安防、墙面涂刷、虫害防治、园艺绿化、高压清洗、屋顶检修、除雪服务、洗衣熨烫等。平台本身不直接提供上述家政服务，仅作为用户与服务商之间的信息中介。
A4HOME is a lifestyle services information matching platform registered and operating in British Columbia (BC), Canada. The Platform provides technology services between household users and professional service providers, including information publishing, smart matching, online booking, communication coordination, and payment settlement. Service categories offered include but are not limited to: Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Appliance Cleaning, Home Cooking, Maternity/Postpartum Care, Elderly Care, Repair Services, Carpet Cleaning, Pool Maintenance, Pet Care, Home Organization, Furniture Assembly, Gutter Cleaning, Auto Detailing, Home Security, Wall Painting, Pest Control, Gardening & Landscaping, Pressure Washing, Roof Inspection, Snow Removal, Laundry & Ironing, and more. The Platform does not directly provide the above home services and serves only as an information intermediary between users and service providers.
1.3 用户在平台注册账户、勾选"同意"或实际使用平台服务，即视为接受本协议全部条款。
By registering an account, checking "Agree", or using Platform services, the User is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a Future Performance Contract under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (SBC 2004, c. 2, hereinafter "BPCPA").
1.4 未成年人保护：本平台不面向13岁以下儿童。18岁以下用户须在法定监护人监督下使用平台。
Protection of Minors: This Platform is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 must use the Platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

This Agreement is governed by the following federal and British Columbia provincial laws:
3.1 用户通过手机号码 + 短信验证码注册并登录平台。/ Users register and log in via mobile phone number and SMS verification code.
3.2 用户应提供真实、准确的个人信息。/ Users shall provide truthful and accurate personal information.
3.3 用户应妥善保管账户信息，不得将账户借予他人使用。/ Users shall safeguard their account credentials and shall not lend their accounts to others.
3.4 平台有权在用户违反协议、被多名服务商投诉或存在恶意行为时暂停或终止用户账户。/ The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, multiple complaints, or malicious conduct.

The Platform offers 24 categories of home services including: Regular Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Appliance Cleaning, Home Cooking, Maternity/Postpartum Care, Elderly Care, Repair Services, Carpet Cleaning, Pool Maintenance, Pet Care, Home Organization, Furniture Assembly, Gutter Cleaning, Auto Detailing, Home Security, Wall Painting, Pest Control, Gardening & Landscaping, Pressure Washing, Roof Inspection, Snow Removal, Laundry & Ironing.

Actual prices are based on the Service Provider's quote and confirmed order amount.
If the Agreement or order confirmation is missing required content under s. 19, the User may cancel within 1 year. If the contract constitutes a Direct Sales Contract, the User has a 10-day cooling-off period.

If cancelled by the Service Provider, the User receives a full refund. For force majeure cancellations, Users may apply for a cancellation fee waiver with supporting documentation.
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
This Article forms part of the Platform's Privacy Policy and is governed by PIPA (SBC 2003, c. 63). PIPEDA (SC 2000, c. 5) also applies to inter-provincial and cross-border data transfers.
The Platform collects phone number, name, service address, booking history, payment records, chat records, and device info. Information is used only for providing services, matching providers, sending notifications, processing payments, and resolving disputes.
The Platform will obtain informed consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information (PIPA s. 6). Users may withdraw consent at any time.
Data storage: Google Firebase cloud (Canada and/or U.S. servers). All data encrypted using TLS/SSL in transit.

Transactional communications (order confirmations, service reminders, receipts) are exempt under CASL. Marketing communications require express consent and include a free unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests processed within 10 business days.
The Platform is an information matching intermediary. Service Providers are Independent Contractors who determine their own methods, schedules, and tools. The Platform bears no employer or vicarious liability for their actions.
Liability Cap: The Platform's cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months. This does not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This disclaimer does not exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory rights Users have under the BPCPA or other applicable laws.
Prohibited conduct includes: malicious bookings, fake reviews, bypassing the Platform, fraud, and data scraping. Violators may have accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
The Platform may amend this Agreement with 30 days prior notice. Users may cancel their accounts at any time. Account data will be deleted after 30 days (except data required by law).
By registering, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights Users have under British Columbia and Canadian federal law.
